We want you to love your Motion Recovery gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
